Yoga for Covid Management course includes the Yogic Practice which will strengthen the lungs and respiratory system capacity. The course has been designed around Special Therapeutic Practices that will strengthen our immune system and a way to start a healthy lifestyle.


SUKSHMA VYAYAMA, that will open up your joints and helps in micro circulation.
 
ASANAS are divided into four categories standing sitting prone and supine asana practice will strengthen your muscles improve the flexibility and have multiple therapeutic benefits 

PRANAYAMA will improve the way you breathe increase your lung capacity open up your chest muscles strengthen your respiratory organs

DHYANA and deep relaxing techniques will help you to reduce your stress, help in maintaining the peace of mind, a good way to focus on yourself and release the tension of a body as well as mind.
